Why Big Head Bob works for bullying prevention
Bob has an oversized head, and it stands for whatever makes a kid feel different. Students recognize themselves in him right away, which makes it easier to talk about teasing, being left out, and how it feels. Nobody gets lectured. Kids laugh, then they talk.
What the assembly covers
- Inclusion: The Bob Squad, a story about teamwork and including the kid who feels left out

Depending on the format, the session can also include a live dance session or a collaborative art activity. Every student gets stickers and a bookmark.
