How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 7 to 15 days. Books ship free anywhere in the US, and merch ships free on orders over $35. If your order is late, email info@bigheadbob.com with your order number and we will track it down.
Are the books really signed?
Yes. Every book package in the Books collection is signed by David Bradley, the author and creator of Big Head Bob, before it ships from Las Vegas.
What if something does not fit or arrives damaged?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Defective or incorrect items are replaced at no cost. Returns of non defective items must be unused in original packaging and may carry a 20% restocking fee.
Which items are best for a classroom?
Start with the Educators and Parents collection: the K-6 activity workbook, the daily journal, the printable lesson plans, and the classroom posters. The Free Downloads collection has coloring pages and printables at no cost.
