Hello Friends! My name is David Bradley and we created the Big Head Bob Academy with teachers and students to teach important life lessons in entertaining ways. These courses are designed for grades K-2 and beyond.

Course Overview

It's never too early for kids to learn the importance of kindness, compassion, and empathy. The students will learn through lessons, videos, and discussions in the course. We cover topics like:

• Self Respect and respecting others' feelings and emotions. 
• Healthy boundaries
• Emotions, the range of emotions we all feel and how they impact behavior
• Healthy emotional expression
• Failure, and how to use failures to grow and increase confidence
• Seeing failure as a learning opportunity.
• Finding solutions after failure
• Problem-solving strategies 
• Words of encouragement
• Changing perspectives and more!

Unit 1 Objective

At the end of the unit, students should be able to:

• Understand, share, and respect one’s own feelings
• Understand, share, and respect the feelings of others
• Share experiences of failure
• Accept failure as a lesson and an opportunity to improve

Unit Components

The unit comprises two 90-minute lessons that encourage students to express their feelings and respect their own emotions and those of others.
